Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Please review our return policy below for instructions on how to handle returns and refunds.

All products purchased from tallinntrade.ee are subject to the return and warranty policies in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Estonia.

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, as per the Law of Obligations. For services, the withdrawal period begins upon signing the contract. Please note, the right to withdraw does not apply to legal entities.


RETURNS

Reasons for returning an item may include:

– The product does not meet your expectations

– Product defect

– Damage to the packaging during transport

The return timeframes are as follows:

– 14 days for products you received but no longer want

– 2 years for faulty products covered by a warranty

– 24 hours for damages incurred during transport

Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

 

Non-Eligible Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

– Items that have been used or are not in their original condition

– Sealed items that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons once opened, such as cosmetics, lingerie, and bikinis

– Any cosmetics or perfumery items with opened packaging

– Personalized or custom-made items (e.g., made to your measurements or perishable goods)

– Gift cards and digital/downloadable products

– Products for which usage (or non-usage) cannot be verified

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

– Contact us via the form on our website or by sending an email in free-form

– Securely pack the product in its original packaging, including all accessories and documents


SHIPPING

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure we receive the returned item.


REFUND

The buyer will receive a refund for the goods promptly, no later than 14 days after the contract cancellation, including the shipping costs originally paid. The buyer must return the product within the same period.

If the buyer has chosen a more expensive delivery method than the standard option provided by the Webstore, the Webstore is not obligated to refund the additional cost above the standard delivery rate.

If the product has been used beyond what is necessary to verify its completeness, features, and functionality, or shows visible signs of wear, the Webstore reserves the right to reduce the refund amount in proportion to the loss in product value.


DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or refund, including any return shipping costs.

We are not liable for product defects in the following cases:

– Incorrect use that doesn’t follow the provided instructions or recommendations

– Incorrect storage by the buyer, in disregard of the provided guidelines

– Intentional or accidental damage caused by the buyer


DAMAGED PACKAGING

If your parcel’s external packaging is damaged, please take photos of the damage. Should the internal packaging or product be damaged after opening, photograph those as well and send them to us immediately.


WARRANTY

New items come with a 2-year warranty, while products purchased on offer or from the Outlet have a 1-year warranty. Warranty periods may vary depending on the manufacturer’s policies. The warranty starts from the date on your invoice.


POLICY UPDATES

Tallinntrade.ee reserves the right to modify this return policy at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon posting on our website.

By completing a purchase on tallinntrade.ee, you acknowledge and agree to comply with this return policy.
